What an excellent class! We are using it with our homeschool this year and my children enjoy Deborah's engaging videos. The content has been easy to understand and laid out in a way that makes them eager to work on each day. The manual provides a handy chart to check off their daily practice assignments which makes it makes it easy for me to keep track of where they are and reward them for progress made. I highly reccomend this class to anyone looking to get started with piano!
Homeschool Mom of 7
I sang this song at my mothers funeral. Also it was the first song I sang as a solo in church when I was a young boy! The arrangement is beautiful. The instructor does a wonderful presentation of the songs history and the study materials. I give “In the Garden” a five star rating!

You can be 100% successful!
Remember...if you never start, you'll never finish!
To be successful, you should commit to a regular practice time. It doesn't have to be long, even 10-15 minutes a day will keep you moving forward toward your goal! Many learners get anxious and give up way too soon. It doesn't matter how old you are, you can learn and enjoy. When you start playing your chords up and down the keyboard, you won't want to quit! Be patient, relax and enjoy the process, joining thousands of others who are enjoying their keyboards all around the world!
Frequently Asked Questions
You should know your basics. But even if you've not played in a long while, don't be afraid to start again! You will be guided through all steps you need to know to be successful!
Consistent practice is most important. Even 10-15 minutes 5x a week will bring great success.
You are really never too old! You have to decide to take your time and enjoy the process. Music is great for the mind and your spirit. It's also just plain fun!
Of course, an acoustic piano is always optimal, but even an electronic self-contained keyboard (that doesn't need a speaker) will work! They are portable and you can store them in a side closet. Make sure you also purchase a stand (they are very reasonable) and have a comfortable seat. For less than $150-200 (U.S.) you will have all you need to get started!
With any electronic keyboard, there should be a place to plug in earphones. With earphones, you can happily practice, whether day or night, not disturbing anyone!
There is no formula for this! Be consistent, enjoy the process and you will eventually fully learn this piece--it will be worth it!
"Remember, you are never too old to start a program like this. Take your time and enjoy the process. There are very few "overnight successes." Consistency, along with the expert guidance you are getting with this program will help you learn and play successfully!"
