Linda Michaels

H.R. EXPERT, MEETING PLANNER • LEADFORSUCCESS.US

Linda Michaels left corporate Human Resources Industry after 25 years

to start her own business. In September 2016, she took the leap and opened the first Scout & Molly’s Boutique,

a franchise in Phoenix, AZ. After 9 months and giving it everything she had to make it work,

she had to close her retail store. But that little bump in the road did not stop Linda from achieving success.

She soon secured her first H.R. client and several more to follow,

putting her career back on track. She is passionate about helping other women achieve success,

especially after failure and organized the Lead for Success Women’s Conference for that purpose.

Deborah's Comments

Linda had some very wise advice about pursuing a FRANCHISE. She learned the hard way.

Make sure you really do your HOMEWORK and as odds are against most small businesses surviving, have a very good EXIT STRATEGY with the right LAWYER!
