Do You Need a Life Coach?

Do You Need a Life Coach?

Ever feel stuck, lost and just a bit guilty for not moving ahead on your goals? Don't hesitate to get some help, guidance and emotional support! There are so many benefits to working with a quality coach and mentor. Here are some of them:

Benefit One: Accountability

There are close to 500 new sign-ups for a FREE Video Course I just launched on a popular Learning Platform. How many have accessed it? Hardly any! And why? Because there's no Accountability! RESULTS happen because of accountability. There's a reason I still schedule several performance workshops every year since I started teaching. (at age 13!) When people have specific goals along with accountability, they experience results and success. A good Life Coach will add accountability for optimal results.

Expert Input-Life Coach

Benefit Two: Expert Input

In my book for Women at Halftime, I speak about Inexpensive (or cheap!) Ambition. With the millions of so called experts touting inflated credits and new programs, who do you believe? My husband and I are considering a new roof. We are going with a trusted source as quality work as it will pay off for many years. Please do your research and don't just rely on likes and social media following. All of that can be purchased. Go for Authentic Ambition with real credits and expertise.

Investment from a Pro-Life Coach

Benefit Three: Investment from a Pro

How good does it feel for someone to invest in you? In my life and business, I have a lot of outflow with creating material, performing gigs, speaking and now leading a non-profit board. I work hard at balancing that outflow with inflow. Good mentors, investment in quality programs in and a close circle of trusted friends keep me accountable and give me perspective. When I work with people, it's an investment of my time as well--thus, I choose carefully!

Successful Plan-Life Coach

Benefit Four: Successful Plan

When remodeling our kitchen, my detailed sketches were being used for the contractor, but I needed an architect to help with structural dilemas. We needed expert advice for load-bearing beams as we didn't want a wall to buckle from the wrong design or materials. A good plan that will bear the weight of the load you carry is worth pursuing! Get expert advice and create your strategic plan.

Inspiration-Life Coach

Benefit Five: Inspiration

I married a professional baseball player. Whenever a sports game is on the T.V. or we attend a live event, there is the anticipation and excitement of the game. The organ plays, the cheerleaders dance and cheer. We are inspired and excited! This is also important for your life and career. Don't do it alone! Be a part of a movement or program that will inspire and encourage you!

Personal Application-Life Coach

Benefit Six: Personal Application

We are on Information Overload. There are as many programs, books and offers as hair colors. And what about online? My inbox has over 19,000 messages--there's no way I can even delete that many! Distraction is the huge enemy of productivity. Find a real, authentic program that will work for you, stick with it and apply it. Don't waste time putting it off until tomorrow. (I can hear Annie singing the song now!) Personal Application will move move the needle forward in your life and business.
