These terms apply to everyone using the Program—whether you're the merchant (“we”) or the affiliate (“you”) sending customers our way. By joining, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you're not on board with them, no hard feelings, but you can't participate in the Program. Let’s keep things simple, fun, and effective!
1. No Guarantees, Just Opportunities: We provide the platform and tools for success, but we can’t guarantee any specific results. It’s all about your hustle and strategy!
2. Keep It Legal and Ethical: We expect you to play by the rules—no shady practices, false advertising, or anything that could get us both in hot water.
3. Commissions Are Awesome, But...: Payments on our products are based on actual sales, not just clicks or visits unless your system is also set up for CPC remuneration. If something goes wrong with a transaction (hey, it happens!), commissions may be adjusted.
4. We’re Not Liable for Everything: While we work hard to maintain a great system of affiliates, we can’t be held responsible for anything outside our control—like technical glitches, third-party actions, or the occasional act of the internet gods.
